Documents Required

1. A birth certificate copy as a proof of age from a civic body is required at the time of registration.
2. A copy of Valid residence proof of the parents of their current address.
3. Two Passport size photographs each of the child, mother, father and two guardians are to be submitted at the time of registration.
4. A copy of Vaccination card of the child.
5. A copy of Transfer Certificate in case a child is transferring from another school.
